Steady 2 (2018)
These are the UIUX results of the foreign language study service as part of the Steady project. Steady is a service that helps people learn in a variety of ways, such as connection between users, learning smarter ways to help people learn a foreign language continuously without giving up.
In order to save the essence of the service, I made a pencil into a symbol and used it as a logo and graphic motif. Emphasizing the information and important information to be learned in box and pencil-review graphics. Also using characteristic colors to make the overall experience lighter but less boring. The above screen is a home screen that shows keywords of the day and related examples that can be learned.
If you touch the examples related to the keywords of the day that change from day to day, you can check out more about them and the words. For example, if a Korean is learning Japanese, you can check how Japanese pronunciation works and what it means. Touch the word to get a more detailed explanation and pronunciation sound. If users write an example for today's keywords to study, AI recommends the right words or the wrong words, depending on the context.
Users can type in voice or typing even if they study speaking, but AI can tell the right or recommended words by recognizing the voice or understanding the context.
Steady visualizes the user's learning and attendance to help the user learn steadily. It is possible to check how consistently you study every day and if there are no days left out. In addition, if attendance is achieved to a certain extent, Steady's Goods (e.g., notes or pens) can be received. Because it is designed as subscription service, small amounts of gifts can motivate users.

Within this service, users can have online-offline pen pals with each other. For example, Korean learners of Japanese and Japanese learners of Korean are matched so they can give each other a small example of today's keywords or say something they want to say offline. When a user writes an example online, it is printed and sent to the other person's pen pal by postcard.
